The first five black and white printouts are free; each additional page after five is $0.20 per page.
Standard black & white copies cost $0.20 per page.

The library has 6 computers for public use with internet access, online databases, and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Users under the age of 18 must have an Internet Safety Policy signed by a parent/legal guardian before use.
The children's area has computers for playing educational and instructional games. These computers are reserved for families with children. Children under 6 years of age must be under the direct supervision of a parent or caregiver when using a computer.
The children's area also has a family workstation that allows caregivers to use the computer while their young child can play right beside them.
Bring your own laptop computer or other Wifi devices to the library and use our wireless network throughout the building. Wifi access is also available 24/7 outside the library as well.

The Metcalfe County Public Library is an official Passport Acceptance Facility with the U.S. Department of State.

The Library offers notary services, which are free of charge. Library notaries are typically available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. It is recommended that patrons seeking notary services call ahead to verify availability.
The Book-A-Librarian service allows you to reserve appointments with a staff member with expertise in your area of need for up to one hour of uninterrupted, personalized reference assistance.

This service provides personal library service to Metcalfe County residents of any age who have difficulty visiting the library due to physical limitations, as well as geographically remote residents.
