In addition to a personal library card, a Classroom Library Card is available for professional needs and should be used for educational purposes only. Classroom Library Cards are available to those working in adult education, K-12 public/private schools, preschools, childcare centers and organizations working with individuals with disabilities. This service delivers books directly to classrooms, after-school programs, daycare facilities, and senior centers on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. An Outreach with Learning program can be provided when books are delivered to your classroom or facility, upon request.
We give tours of the library to school groups. For younger students, tours include stories and a tour of our collection. Older students are provided instruction on using the online catalog, web resources and how to find materials in our collection.
Outreach with Learning provides fun, educational activities and programs, perfect for homeschool families, school functions, and community events. We can provide stories and other activities. We can also talk about programs and resources we have to offer. Request an OWL event here.

The Kentucky Court of Justice Legal Forms page provides official, court-approved forms for various case types including civil, criminal, family, probate, and more. It also offers instructions for some forms and links to self-help resources, but advises users to seek legal counsel if needed.
